Reviews
We review a wide range of mom-friendly, kid-friendly and family-related toys, games, products, services, events, locations, and trips. We also write reviews and vlog about things we feel improve the overall health, wellness, and well being of children and families. You can see example reviews here.
We do not send back review items. If we continue to use an item after the initial review, there may be a follow-up review.
This is a favorite things blog and sending us a product does not guarantee a review. If we do choose to review a product, the review will be our honest opinion.

Giveaways
If you would like us to give away an item as a part of a post, please email Stacey at mommy@mychicagokids.com to work out the details . Please DO NOT send the giveaway item to Stacey – we will contact you with the winner’s information and you will be responsible for sending the item to the winner.
Sponsored Posts
If you would like to guarantee that we talk about your product or service, you may sponsor a post. Sponsored posts will be clearly marked as such. Please note that for us to accept a sponsored post for MyChicagoKids.com, the subject has to be one of interest to Stacey and her two boys (7 and 5) and appropriate for MyChicagoKids.com.
Blogging Events and Trips
Stacey is really excited about attending events, trips, and retreats showcasing products and services, as her interests and schedule will allow. Please send invitations to mommy@mychicagokids.com.
For out-of-town events, please note that in addition to the commonly-covered travel expenses, Stacey will usually require that her home-city travel expenses (to and from airport) and childcare be covered. While Stacey is happy to be “paid’ in editorial content and unique experiences on these trips, she is not able to incur any significant out-of-pocket costs in order to attend.
Stacey’s children are also excited to experience child-friendly events and trips.
