I took my family to Boyne Mountain over the summer…and we fell in love with all things Boyne! Here’s what’s going on at this Michigan mountain on October 1, 2011.
Third Annual Skitoberfest on Saturday, October 1
Even though I resist winter, I still do love to ski. And there’s no better way to celebrate the upcoming ski season than with Boyne Mountain’s annual Skitoberfest.
Just like so many other things at Boyne Mountain, this event is family-friendly! There will be children and family activities including a petting zoo, horse-drawn hayrides, bonfires and sing-alongs, antique cider press demonstrations, a juggler, bounce house, balloon artists, pony and horse rides, parade of decorated golf carts.
When you’re there, be sure to check out the amazing views with Boyne Mountain’s free scenic chairlift. This was a highlight for my kids!
